These terms explain how to use the Mobileve™ website and its shopping resources responsibly, how our content may be used, and where product-specific information applies.

1. Scope of these terms
Mobileve™ is operated by Hefei Pulan Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms of Use apply to browsing our storefront, viewing product information, and using available account or support resources. Our Terms and Conditions separately address purchases, while our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy explain their respective subjects.
Use of our website is subject to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If a mandatory consumer rule provides a different protection, that rule takes priority. Reading a page does not by itself create an order or give permission for marketing that requires consent.
2. Lawful and responsible access
Use the website for legitimate shopping, product research, and customer support. Provide accurate information when you place an order or contact us. Do not impersonate another person, access an account without permission, interfere with checkout, attempt to bypass security controls, or introduce harmful code.
Automated collection, redistribution, or exploitation of personal information is not permitted without a lawful basis and any necessary authorization. We may restrict activity reasonably associated with misuse, while preserving access to information needed to resolve an existing order or exercise your legal rights.
3. Accounts and contact information
If an account feature is available and you choose to use it, keep your sign-in information private and review the contact details associated with the account. You remain responsible for information you knowingly submit. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or notice incorrect order details.
Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, full payment-card information, or private device contents through ordinary support messages. An order number, product name, and a concise description usually provide a suitable starting point for assistance.
4. Product descriptions and compatibility
Phone and digital accessories differ in connector type, power requirements, supported devices, operating systems, wireless standards, and physical fit. A USB-C connector alone does not confirm charging wattage, video output, or data-transfer support. Magnetic attachment does not by itself establish wireless-charging compatibility.
Review the exact model’s listing, included items, and instructions before purchase. App support, subscriptions, certifications, and brand-specific integrations apply only when expressly stated for that product. Contact us before ordering if a specification essential to your intended use is unclear.
5. Images, colors, and informational content
Product photographs help communicate appearance and use, but display settings and lighting can affect the color you see. Confirm the selected product option and rely on the listed dimensions and specifications when assessing fit. Styling props and devices used for demonstration are included only if the package contents say so.
General buying or setup information is provided to help you understand the product. It does not replace the model’s instructions or the device manufacturer’s compatibility guidance, and it does not expand a product’s expressly described capabilities.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Our brand name and original storefront text, layouts, graphics, and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view them for shopping and retain your own order records. Commercial copying, republishing, or redistribution requires appropriate permission unless the law allows it.
Third-party names, software, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A compatibility reference does not imply an endorsement, partnership, certification, or license unless that relationship is expressly identified.
7. Availability and outside services
Website availability may be affected by maintenance, network interruptions, or services supplied by other providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a product uses an outside app, cloud service, or payment service, that provider’s relevant terms and privacy information also apply.
Restrictions or changes introduced by an outside provider may affect use of its service. Such changes do not automatically remove any remedy available to you where a product fails to match the purchase terms or applicable consumer law.
8. Updates, interpretation, and support
We may revise these terms for future website use and will show the updated date. A later revision does not retrospectively reduce an agreed order benefit or a mandatory right. If a clause cannot lawfully be enforced, it applies only to the permitted extent and does not invalidate the remaining lawful terms.
