Policy information 06 / 09
1. Who is responsible and what this policy covers
Hefei Pulan Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information it handles to operate the Mobileve™ store. Our business owner is Li Yan. You can contact us at service@mobilevexa.com, +86 184-6619-3693, or the business address shown at the end of this page.
This policy covers our storefront and our order and support activities. An accessory may use a separate manufacturer app, account, or cloud service. The provider responsible for that service and its privacy information should be identified in the product or setup materials; this store policy does not replace that provider’s policy.
2. Information you provide
When you place an order, we receive information needed to process it, such as your name, email address, delivery address, contact number, selected items, and relevant billing details. If an account is available and you create one, the information associated with that account is also used to provide the feature.
When you contact support, we receive your message, order reference, and the photographs or diagnostic details you choose to send. Provide only information relevant to the issue. Do not send account passwords, payment security codes, or unrelated files from your phone.
3. Information from storefront use and other providers
The storefront and its service providers may process information about your browser, device, IP address, session, page interactions, and technical events. The information collected depends on the features operating in the store and your privacy choices. Cookies and similar technologies are explained below.
Payment providers may supply transaction status and references. Delivery providers may supply tracking events and delivery information. We use this information to administer your purchase and investigate problems. Checkout payment credentials are handled through the payment service used for the transaction.
4. Why information is used
We use relevant information to provide the storefront, administer accounts where available, process and deliver orders, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, maintain records, and investigate errors or misuse. Information may also help us understand storefront performance and improve product information where permitted.
Promotional messages and nonessential analytics or advertising activities must follow the choices and permissions required by applicable law. An order-related message about payment, delivery, or a return serves a different purpose from marketing and may still be needed after you stop promotional messages.
5. Legal grounds and marketing choices
Where the law requires a legal basis, order processing may rely on performing a purchase agreement, recordkeeping may rely on a legal obligation, and proportionate security or operational activities may rely on a permitted legitimate interest. Activities requiring consent rely on that consent.
Where marketing is offered, you can use the available unsubscribe control or contact support to withdraw your marketing preference. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. If another lawful ground requires us to retain particular order records, we will explain the relevant limitation when responding to your request.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising controls
Cookies or similar technologies may be needed to maintain a shopping session, support checkout, remember settings, and protect the storefront. Other technologies may measure use or support advertising if those features are enabled. Their use depends on the store’s features and applicable permission requirements.
If optional analytics or advertising is enabled, we provide the notices and privacy controls required by applicable law. Use available storefront privacy settings and your browser controls to manage preferences. Blocking necessary technologies can affect cart or checkout functions. Advertising-related sharing is subject to any applicable consent, objection, or opt-out rights.
7. Sharing information for store operations
Relevant information may be shared with providers that supply storefront hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, security, or other enabled store functions. The purpose of the service determines what information is needed. Providers may have separate responsibilities for their own lawful activities.
Information may also be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it or where necessary and lawful to address fraud, protect rights, or manage a business transaction. This policy does not authorize an undisclosed advertising use. Any additional purpose requiring notice or permission must be addressed before the activity takes place.
8. International handling and retention
We are based in China, and relevant service providers or delivery partners may operate in other countries. Your order may therefore involve information being handled outside your country. Where a transfer rule applies, we use the safeguards or other lawful transfer conditions required by applicable law.
We retain information for the period reasonably needed for its purpose, including fulfillment, support, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. Different records can have different retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.
9. Security, connected accessories, and children
We apply reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved, but cannot guarantee that every transmission or system is risk-free. Protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect an order or account has been accessed without authorization.
The store’s receipt of an order does not by itself give us access to your phone contents or permission to access a connected device. Send diagnostics only when relevant and avoid unrelated personal content. Our shopping services are intended for people able to make a lawful purchase; concerns about information supplied by a child can be raised with support.
10. Your rights, requests, and policy changes
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses. Contact service@mobilevexa.com and describe the request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation. You may also contact the appropriate privacy authority. Revisions will show an updated date; a material new use will receive any notice or permission required. Contact us if you need clarification about a store feature or a particular product service.
